Yoda APS realizzerà una mappa di comunità e un ciclo di formazioni a Camugnano nell’Appennino bolognese.
Partiamo dal principio, da quando Yoda APS ha contribuito a un pezzetto di un vasto progetto che pone la comunità al centro e che vuole realizzare un territorio cooperativo a partire dalle esigenze degli abitanti: servizi che migliorano la qualità della vita e che diventano opportunità di lavoro.
Il cuore del progetto parte dalle esigenze degli anziani, la fascia di popolazione più numerosa: la riqualificazione e la ristrutturazione di immobili per realizzare un sistema residenziale diffuso, un sistema di servizi alla persona, servizi di trasporto, percorsi pedonali sicuri e fruibili.
Inoltre, in armonia con questo importante nucleo progettuale, si vuole creare una “comunità energetica”; rafforzare il comparto turistico in chiave sostenibile, quello agricolo ed enogastronomico.
Questo macro progetto, partito nel 2023 e che avrà termine nel 2026, si compone degli interventi dei tanti partner locali:
Il recupero di immobili per creare un sistema residenziale protetto e collaborativo di anziani, giovani e residenti temporanei, a cura del Comune di Camugnano e di Acer e Fondazione Santa Clelia;
la riqualificazione di spazi pubblici di aggregazione sempre a cura del Comune (Fondi Stami del Comune di Camugnano);
servizi alla persona, compresi i servizi specifici per gli anziani, tele medicina, programmi di fisioterapia, a cura di Fondazione Santa Clelia, Unione – Servizi Sociali, Educativi, Culturali, Arché Danza, Farmacia Val Carlina;
produzioni e rassegne teatrali intergenerazionali con una progettazione fortemente partecipativa a cura della compagnia teatrale Cà Rossa;
attività didattiche, turistiche ed escursionistiche rivolte alle giovani generazioni, a cura dell’Istituto Comprensivo Castiglione Dei Pepoli – Camugnano San Benedetto Val Di Sambro, Ente di gestione parchi Emilia Orientale ed ENEA;
l’attivazione di un “Punto Bimbo” a cura di Coop L’Eco;
comunicazione, promozione del turismo sostenibile, la realizzazioni di un info point e la valorizzazione dell’ostello in collaborazione con l’Associazione Camminatori di Camugnano e la parrocchia.
Insomma, opportunità di sviluppo che non snaturino l’essenzadel territorio; un’idea di crescita economica in armonia con la tutela ambientale e sociale, che non vuole imporre uno shock infrastrutturale e/o megalomani progetti industriali o turistici, ma che, partendo dalle peculiarità locali, vuole intervenire per dare soluzioni reali a esigenze reali, con un progetto che ha obiettivi realistici, perché misurati, misurabili e raggiungibili.
Yoda, con la sua storia di turismo responsabile e la sua lunga esperienza di processi partecipativi porterà avanti un processo partecipativo per realizzare una mappa di comunità che metterà in relazione generazioni diverse di abitanti, e ancora, gli abitanti con i viaggiatori.
In questo contesto, nell’ambito della realizzazione di un “territorio collaborativo” la mappa di comunità diventa una parte culturale importante perché dà la possibilità agli abitanti di definire l’identità del proprio territorio, di raccontare ciò che il territorio è stato, è e potrebbe essere in futuro.
Gli abitanti, grazie alla facilitazione dello staff di Yoda e alla preziosa collaborazione delle realtà locali, avranno l’opportunità di raccontare la natura, la storia, il lavoro, gli edifici, le persone, le feste, le storie e gli episodi importanti per la comunità e per i singoli: un patchwork di immagini, foto e testi scritti direttamente dagli abitanti di Camugnano o tratti dalle loro interviste. Il tutto sarà rappresentato da artisti e grafici scelti sempre dalla comunità locale attraverso un contest.
La mappa di comunità
Una mappa di comunità è la rappresentazione del territorio fatta dagli abitanti e in cui la comunità si può identificare: rappresenta il territorio cosi come la comunità lo vede, lo percepisce, gli attribuisce valore.
Oltre a una rappresentazione artistica e identitaria del territorio, sarà costruito un archivio sempre consultabile e, soprattutto, a cui sarà possibile aggiungere in qualsiasi momento un pezzo in più, da cui poter creare qualsiasi tipo di rappresentazione territoriale e di racconto: un sito web, una produzione teatrale, un’opera di narrativa, una guida turistica, un’installazione, oppure un ibrido artistico-promozionale…
L’elenco sarebbe lungo e fantasioso, ma l’importante è che, alla fine di questo percorso, gli abitanti abbiano una raccolta di conoscenze puntuali dei luoghi, espressione di saperi sedimentati, grazie al contributo di generazioni e generazioni; uno strumento con cui fare comunità, impegnarsi in prima persona nella cura e nella valorizzazione dei propri luoghi; un supporto per riflettere sulle azioni di sviluppo da intraprendere, partendo dalla storia e dalla memoria, dall’identità e dalla tradizione, evitando così le conseguenze, spesso devastanti, che alcuni interventi producono in molte comunità.

Se il 2024 sarà dedicato interamente alla realizzazione della mappa di comunità, durante il 2025 noi di Yoda APS progetteremo un ciclo di formazioni residenziali: grazie ai questionari e tutti gli strumenti approntati per realizzare la mappa di comunità, saranno raccolte le idee degli abitanti sullo sviluppo locale e saranno progettate delle formazioni in armonia con le esigenze degli abitanti, le vocazioni territoriali.
